The new Sentra for sale at our NJ Nissan dealership is available in the following trim levels: 2.0, 2.0 S, 2.0 SR, 2.0 SL, SE-R, and SE-R Spec V. Each one offers an appealing exterior with nine exterior color options, distinctive Nissan styling, and crisp character lines.
The Sentra 2.0 SR stands out from the pack with a sportier exterior appearance thanks to a unique grille, front and rear sport fascias, side sill spoilers, and rear decklid spoiler with integrated brake light, sport headlights and taillights. General Overview
Each 2.0 Sentra in the 2012 line-up is equipped with the same 2.0-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine capable of producing 140 hp and 147 lb.-ft. of torque. The base level Sentra 2.0 is equipped standard with a 6-speed manual transmission but is available with the same Xtronic CVT® (Continuously Variable Transmission) that is found on all the other 2.0 trim levels. When paired with the CVT, each 2.0 trim averages 27mpg in the city and 34mpg on the highway.
NJ Nissan shoppers looking for a bit more oomph and athleticism should check out the top two trims. The SE-R boasts a 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with 177 hp paired with an Xtronic CVT® (Continuously Variable Transmission) with steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters, while the SE-R Spec V further ups the ante with a 200 hp 2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine and a 6-speed close-ratio manual transmission with dual-mass flywheel.
Additional Features
Convenience features standard across all trim levels include power windows with driver 1-touch up and down, power locks with auto-locking feature, air conditioning, an oversize glove compartment, an auxiliary 12-volt DC power outlet, manual adjustable front seats, and more. An AM/FM/CD audio system is standard on the first three trim levels but an upgraded Premium audio system with 4.3" color display can be found on the upper three.
